The Nichols Assignment

With the agency in turmoil, Janet and Edward start planning a long holiday around the world. They don't even have time to decide where to start before Ms. Thomas, the latest agency replacement for Mr. Jones, has an assignment for them, though.

It's a very basic assignment, at least in theory. All they have to do is hand an envelope to someone without being seen. When the someone turns out to be a supermodel with her own entourage, though, the assignment quickly becomes more complicated.

Kara Nichols is in Paris, enjoying a holiday with friends and family. Edward and Janet simply have to keep crossing paths with the woman until one of them can slip her the envelope. That turns out to be easier said than done as larger and larger crowds keep turning up everywhere that Kara goes. As Ms. Thomas rings them nightly to demand updates, Janet and Edward start to wonder if this might be the first assignment they're going to fail to complete.
