Shadows Over the Windy City

In Chicago's Lincoln Park, the body of a young girl is discovered. She was brutally tortured before being strangled, and the murderer carved a mysterious acronym into her skin. Lieutenant Marla Greenwood of the homicide squad is tasked with leading the investigation.

But it soon becomes clear that this is only the first in a series of heinous murders that will shock the city, all committed by the same serial killer, nicknamed "The Park Killer."
