Operation: THROAT PUNCH: A Sam Barrett Novel

Samantha Barrett is once again tested in the next installment of The Sam Barrett Ops. A series of events leads to something Sam never thought would happen. The end of her marriage. Taking partial responsibility for what happened, Sam is still suspicious of her wife's motives.

When their grandson and Sam's namesake is hospitalized and Katrina doesn't even take the phone calls, Sam pays her wife a visit at her new job. Angered by Katrina's lack of concern for her family, Sam tells them to stay away from her.

Meanwhile Sam grows closer to her new love interest, Michael. He is drawn into her world and suffers at the hands of Katrina. Furious with the "message" Katrina sent to her, Sam begins to plot to remove Katrina from her current position at the CIA. Working with Andrew and his coworker, they put Sam's plan in motion.

With so much on her plate, Sam still has to manage her gifted daughter Jess, as well as be available for the other children.
