They all travel to Paraguay to start new ventures there after the end of the War of the Triple Alliance against Paraguay. Darko marries Ana, a tender and sweet Paraguayan with whom he has 7 daughters. Despite having achieved all his goals as a man, Darko is periodically confronted with melancholy. An immaterial entity that will remain in his life, travelling through his descendants. Finally, his fourth generation, Danijela, will make an important decision.
