Narcissism: When No Contact isn't an Option

Interpersonal relationships hinge on mutual respect for each other in order to be healthy relationships. Not only being verbally confessed but indeed shown in all actions towards one another. Respectful conduct breeds trust and without trust, there is no foundation of which to speak.

Narcissistic individuals aim to keep all people under their control constantly by means of keeping them off balance. All actions are self-serving and little to no regard is given to the feelings of others. Unless we find a way to protect ourselves from such actions we are very much at risk. Constant emotional turmoil should not be something we choose to live with. For your own sake you have to make it stop.
