In Chance Lincoln, Around the World, Chance and Louie drive their cranky, old neighbor, Mr. Harry Hannigan, crazy. So "Heart-Attack" Harry decides to get away from them by taking a long, world-wide vacation. But soon the boys are called to solve crimes all around the world.
Will the boys bump into Mr. Hannigan and drive him nuts? It's a mathematical impossibility. Unfortunately, Harry Hannigan was never very good at math.
