Making The Right Choice Of Career

One great decision a student can take is to have the ability to make the right choice of career for himself which will suit him, his dreams and aspirations in life. But I will point out here that the motive by which a student makes his career choice is essential to the realization of his destiny as this may determine the outcome of what he becomes in life. For example, a student will want to study medicine because his father is a medical consultant and has a hospital not necessarily because he has passion for people, patients or the career in question. In a similar vein, some students go for law because their father has a law firm and they would want to take after their father. A female folk may want to become a nurse because she's cajoled into choosing that course of study because the mother is a renowned matron working in a National Hospital. It is possible that the choice may be correct but the motive is wrong. It's important to choose a course that you are passionate about. It determines whether you underperform or exceed expectations in the higher institution
