Scandal on School Hill

When Marsha Lennon's lifelong history of manipulation finally catches up to her in the form of two bullets to the chest, nobody is surprised, but now everyone she has wronged is a suspect. Jake Sullivan is the small town of Julep's only cop, and also happens to be related to the murder victim and many of the suspects. He is forced to dig through decades of family secrets to untangle the complicated relationships that drove someone to murder. Jake struggles with his own problems, including finding himself breaking the law he has vowed to uphold, and a love triangle that complicates the case.
