She Was Healing: Sunshine Girl Lost & Found

She Was Healing follows the emotional experience of healing from a long-term toxic relationship that I struggled with leaving after I became addicted to the cycle.

This book features actual journal entries, thoughts, and verses I wrote during the years I was recovering from the mental and emotional abuse I endured while trying to end the ongoing cycle and rediscover who I am. It includes messages I wrote to myself, things I wanted to say to him, and messages from my spirit guides who gave me the strength and wisdom to do what was necessary. It is a messy journey of ups and downs, of sadness, anger, grief, and rebirth, proving that healing is not always linear. I wrote these messages through tears of pain and release as I worked through making sense of everything I was feeling and unlearning.
