This book is about the life of Jetaun Dally, her childhood, marriage insecurities, addictions, as well as how she cared for her special needs daughter, Da'sha Rosemarie and her siblings.

It focuses on the challenges and victories Jetaun faced over the forty-five years and counting during this time in her life. There were some intense actions and emotions. She acknowledges she has not sought counseling to properly cope with all the unresolved issues from her traumatic past and childhood. As she writes this book, she is recalling and sorting through memories.

The author has changed the names of the people herein to protect those in her life who do not wish to be identified.
