Christmas at the Wishing Well

When Liz is sacked by snobby Jason Chilcot for something she did not do and when her boyfriend breaks up with her and moves to Brussels, she is left without a job and without a place to stay. Christmas is fast approaching and she is becoming desperate when she is offered a house-sitting job in the heart of the country. Reluctantly, she takes it but things do not go as planned and she suddenly comes face to face with Jason, the man she never wanted to see again.

Brigid is sick to death of being laughed at by her colleague Rachel so she pretends that she and her (imaginery) boyfriend Gino are going away somewhere exotic over the Christmas holidays. In reality, she is going to spend the festive season on her own at The Wishing Well, a small country hotel which has seen better days. Then she meets Matt.
