The Sheriff's Surprise Christmas Bride

Annie Robinson is desperate for a new life. Still, she didn't expect it to be in California-just in time for Christmas. After her mother's death, her father sank deep into despair, drinking and gambling their money away. Now, unable to support the two of them any longer, he has demanded Annie travel west as a mail-order bride to one Sheriff Andrew Eastwick.

However, it seems Sheriff Eastwick was not expecting Annie at all-nor is he looking for a wife. But he is a good man and agrees to marry Annie rather than send her away. However, Andrew is also a good sheriff, which often means riding into danger. Annie knows that is his job, but she worries about his life. If the unthinkable happens, will she be able to cope?
