Choppa City: In New Orleans They Get it How they Live

New Orleans, Louisiana is one of America's deadliest cities. With Political and Police corruption in its ONA, the lines between right and wrong is so blurred criminals are cheered, the police hated. In "The City That Care Forgot," crime was highly organized, and everyone knew that the Duvernay family ruled.

Born Downtown in the 7th ward, Kraigo Duvernay grew up into a life of comfort and wealth. Inheriting his Family's profitable criminal organization, Kraigo Duvernay had every intention to change the direction of his family towards respectability. Taught the needs of the family always came first, regardless of circumstances, Kraigo's motto was to "always play the game how the game go."

Lamp Lamp, an Uptown gangsta was always enraged at the small amount of money left for him and his crew. Not a member of New Orleans traditional social class, Lamp Lamp schemes to wrestle control from the Duvernay family and redistribute that money back to his HardRock Committee Uptown crew.

A meeting of the Cartel that controls the Gulf South drug trade attempts to influence the upcoming Mayors election. This declaration doesn't sit well with Lamp Lamp and his HardRock Committee crew. So Lamp Lamp decided this was the perfect time to strike and shower the streets with violence.

Kraigo understands the game has its rules and decisions are made by leaders to satisfy the needs of all. However, Lamp Lamp is a problem, so Kraigo must decide to balance those decisions against his need to handle Lamp Lamp and his HardRock Committee.
