The Man I Am Today, Conquering My Personal Demons

This is my story on the trials and tribulations I face concerning my mental health. It has been a rocky road maintaining control and correcting myself on my shortcomings, but I'm thankful to be given the chance to speak on what I go through and the help I seek. My hope and my prayer is that it will help everyone who reads this to take care of their mental health, just like they would their physical health. They both go hand in hand, and a mind is a terrible thing to waste.
