Sister Stories: Breaking the silence of menopause.

These stories were gathered to create a literary tribal bonfire around which women could share their menopause truths for the knowledge and benefit of all. In our modern world, there is often no tribe of women to learn from, no collective histories shared, no ancient truths gifted. If we never witness the range of experiences others have encountered, it is easy to feel "not normal". The truth is there is no "normal" in menopause - every woman experiences it differently - my goal in sharing this wide spectrum of stories is that women everywhere have the opportunity to experience a range of realities, and feel empathy and connection with our sisters around the globe. Use this book in whatever manner suits you best, take what you need or what really resonates with you and leave the rest. My greatest hope is that you share the book with another woman who you think needs it. We are all sisters, and we need to embrace each other, share with each other & hold each other up!!
