Judging others has become a bad habit that we keep passing on to the next generation continuing a cycle that is hard to break but destroys others. I allowed other people to break me in my youth which caused me to use my adulthood to repair myself.
As I am still working on becoming the best version of myself, I am trying to help everyone I can, one person at a time. In this book, my co-authors and I will tell you what it took to reclaim the positive image we now see of ourselves when we look in the mirror and why we decided to fight to reclaim it.
