Family, Friends, and Food, the three "F's" of a Healthy and Happy Life, and for one young individual, it will be the definition of Rules that defines the 'Three F's'. Visiting the world and tasting traditional cuisines, exotic dishes, and unknown treats is often sought out by those wanting a little adventure, usually as a gift for hard work and Graduation. Being referred to as "Hitchhikers", or in one part of Europe, "Autostoppos", with thousands upon thousands traversing the globe annually, once in a while, a few go missing.

Noah is a young man who is at a loss, with the death of his sister, and the family-dynamic at home failing, his parents Frank and Mary, reach out for a new outlet for their son, and family, to heal. Traveling abroad for Summer Camp, Noah meets new friends from Europe, learns new wilderness skills, and finds a taste for a new snack. Soon forgetting the loss and pain of his sister's death, Noah finds his stride in life, and adapts to a new set of Rules.
