Its effects are lasting, resulting in depression, anxiety, self-harm, and even suicide. BULLYING IS A CRIME! is a book of poetry which describes the sordid details of the effects that bullying has on people. It is a source of chaos and confusion for children, teenagers, and anyone else who is a witness to its wrath. As a Bosnian ex-refugee, I have been a witness to brutal nationalism. "Just ignore it!" is a petty excuse that always leads to abuse. I hope that this book inspires anyone reading this text to stand up for themselves and others in moments of difficulty.
