Without Fear of Fear When Speaking in Public: Key tips to overcome it

$11.47

We begin to identify what fear is from when we are little,
because it is precisely our parents, relatives and friends
who instill in us this supposed fear of something or
someone, without realizing that what they are achieving
is paralyzing us in our growth process during the path
that we must travel in the course of our lives.
They tell us, "if you don't fall asleep, the coconut will
come and take you away", "if you don't behave well, I'm
going to tell your mom/dad", etc. These are just two
examples, there are others that I do not write here
because the reality is that I am embarrassed just by
mentioning them.
The capacity of the human being is much greater when it
comes to wanting to produce fear, than not doing it, since
unfortunately, it is easier to do it, so instead of sitting
down, taking your time and explaining the why of things,
they forget something very important, and that is that the
brain controls voluntary movements, speech,
intelligence, memory, emotions and processes the
information it receives through the senses, the
cerebellum processes information from other areas of
the brain, spinal cord and sensory receptors, in order to
indicate the exact time to perform coordinated and
smooth movements of the skeletal muscle system.
If you want to do something, do it! As long as you are
sure that it is the right thing, because if you don't do it,
you will live with the doubt of knowing if it would have
worked or not, and if you decide to do it and it goes well
for you then celebrate, but if it goes wrong, don't get
discouraged. Look at what you failed at, because it will
make you stronger and try again, no matter how many
times you try, from each one you will always learn
something new that will help you in your knowledge and
personal and professional growth.
