Exorcising Can Be Fatal: An Inspector Sarkisian Mystery

Those 11 echoing words of rejection haunted Jennifer Banks for more than 30 years. Her salve of materialism and sexual promiscuity opened the door to Satan who happily took possession of her soul.

Jennifer knew what had to be done. It was all her fault. She had no choice but to right the wrong and free the receiver of her rebuff from the evil clutches of a wicked and tyrannical blackmailer. Only by the most extreme measures of exorcism did she believe she could be released from the deadly grip of Beelzebub.

She had everything planned perfectly. It was foolproof. She expected it to be considered nothing more than a tragic accident. But what she didn't expect was who would be assigned to investigate the case.

In a story of love, romance, sex and rock and roll, Inspector Armen Sarkisian of the San Francisco Police Department wages a battle against politics, perceptions and police hierarchy in an effort to unravel the truth behind the mysterious death of rock star Johnny Diehl's wife.

"There is more to every story that the dead don't have a chance to tell. It's my job to tell their story."

Such is at the core of the wisdom of the man known as Shark.
