Civil Code of Afghanistan is based on Hanafi jurisprudence. Of course, in order to realize a fair text, he has also used the views of other Islamic religions. For this reason, this law (code) is important and has been valid and implemented in all political systems ruling in Afghanistan. But the original text is in Farsi and Pashto and there was a need for its English text. Especially since in the said code, have been used from difficult and complex literature and jurisprudential titles and terms. For this reason, there was a need for further explanation.
