Awakening: The Foretold

Ella is a Nymph, hiding in plain sight. It's a daily struggle to hide that fact from her best friend Garrett. She isn't supposed to have Human friends, technically speaking, but she has known Garrett since she was born of the forest and isn't willing to cast him aside just because the Elders frown upon it. Even if he is not-so-secretly in love with her.

When Nymphs from her Birth Forest start disappearing, Ella discovers the prophecy of the Foretold, a Nymph said to hold great power. The Elders determine that someone, or something, is searching for the Foretold, and she might be next, putting her and everyone she holds dear at risk.
