It is important that you recognize the cruelty of the world and guard yourself against those who try to convince you otherwise. First things first, take ownership of your life. Don't go pointing fingers or playing the blame game when things don't go your way. You're a man, and that means you're in the driver's seat of your own destiny. Make smart choices and own up to the consequences, plain and simple. Never stop learning because it is the most powerful weapon you can possess. Dedicate time and effort to acquiring knowledge and skills that will propel you forward in life, but don't forget to look after your body too. Become a monster capable of inflicting great harm, but also be that kind and gentle person who chooses not to do so, even when you have the power to. Find what lights a fire in your belly, what gets you pumped up and ready to tackle the day. Don't settle for a boring, meaningless existence.
