An assassin is sent from the United States to Kill a ruthless politician and business man in Nigeria whose business is using humans for experiment in robotic engineering. The scientist he brought from Japan have found a way to connect a chip to the brain of humans specifically for control. The project was still being developed and fine tuned but the business man had other plans. He kidnapped the scientist and ensured that the projects was deployed quickly. However, when deployed the project wasn't a success. There were side effects, some of the bodies rejected the implant causing brain damage and insanity. It resulted in many deaths as more women were flew in from other Africa countries with the pretense of offering them jobs. The project soon became noticed as bodies piled up and others missing.

The assassin hired to take care of the problem soon discovered that he had underestimated the mark. Money breeds hate as he was caught in a web of deceit and betrayal. As he searched for the mark he find other things that became of interest to him. It will take more than steel to take down his mark when he finally meets him.
