What Happens at the Aster Mountain Lodge

For Cleo Thomas, this is officially the worst year ever. After her life in Denver falls apart, she finds herself working at the run-down Aster Mountain Lodge on a nearby mountain. The building is a wreck, the owner is a flaky jerk, and there's bad weather on the horizon. Cleo doesn't think her circumstances can get much worse--so of course, her high school ex-boyfriend chooses that exact moment to show up at the lodge, acting like he didn't shatter her heart seven years ago.

Danny Harrison needs a break. An unexpected letter turned his life inside out overnight, and he's having trouble coming to terms with his new reality. He heads up to the Aster Mountain Lodge for some much-needed solitude so he can get his head on straight. Too bad Cleo Thomas is already there, just as beautiful and frustrating as she's always been. Now Danny has one goal, and one goal only: win her back. But can he make up for seven years of heartache--and keep the lodge from collapsing on their heads--before it's too late? Or is he going to lose her all over again?
