The City of Ghosts

Haley Arkwright has no time to enjoy her new freedom as her alliance with the rebels against S.A.F.E forces her into hiding. Haley, and her guardian, Dorian find themselves in a fight for their lives as they follow their new rebel allies through downtown Savannah in an attempt to evade authorities. The local police, in cooperation with S.A.F.E have pulled out all the stops to find them. The local news has done its part to label them criminals and broadcast all their faces across the country. The group has also been accused of murdering a certain prominent citizen whom they all know is very much alive.

Luckily for Haley and Dorian, their new allies have good aim and street smarts. However, they will need much more than four renegades with guns if they hope to achieve the ultimate goal of liberation for all females in the program. The odds are stacked against them and they will soon learn that agents and police aren't the only dangers to be faced in The City of Ghosts.
