A lot of people believe in the Holy Trinity. What do you believe? What does the bible say? What is the truth? What does Jesus say? Jesus never said that he was God. In fact, Jesus never said that he was equal to God. Jesus even prayed to God on several occasions. John 14:28 Jesus said: " You heard me say, 'I am going away and I am coming back to you.' If you loved me, you would be glad that I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I."
Jesus himself is telling us in his own words that he is going to be with God and that God is greater than him.
What happened when Jesus was baptized?
As soon as Jesus came out of the water, Heaven was opened, and the Spirit of God was alighting upon him. And a voice from heaven said, "This is my Son, in whom I am well pleased."
Why do people say that Jesus is God when God himself says that Jesus is His Son, and Jesus says that God is his Father, and that the Father is greater than him.
John 17:5 Jesus said to God: And now, Father, glorify me in your presence with the glory I had with you before the world began.
Why do people always have to have their own interpretation of what the means instead of letting it mean what it says?| Author: Latoshia Fisher Blunt |
