Akin's Holiday

Akin's Holiday is fantastic story of Akin Adio, a city boy who goes to a village for his holidays. He learns many life transforming things that changes his worldview. When he returns home, he is excited to share his experiences. Akin is particualrly eager to let his friends, who had tried to dissuade him about the village, know it is not all that they think. His grandfather told him folktales he had never heard before. It was an experience of a lifetime. But, is it one Akin would ever want to repeat?

This book is the first in the Junior Literature Series by Tinuola Ifaturoti, an amazing teacher and lover of children. The book has learning materials for pupils in junior high school classes but can also be used for younger children in higher primary classes.
