Coloring random designs takes the stress out of getting bored with designs that look similar to each other like you get in other art therapy books. These designs are mostly quite simple too, which means you can feel a sense of achievement faster.

I do recommend that you use Inktense pencils, NeoColor ii crayons, or soft core coloring pencils for coloring the front cover.
