So, how to describe this book of poetry? Or more like how to sell this book of poetry. Well I started writing when I was 14, and anyone who's ever been 14 knows, they have lot to say. I was just trying to cope with everything I was going through. But about a year and half later I was sitting in lock-down with nothing to do, until a friend of mine read one of my poems and said that I was so good I should write a book. I sat there baffled. I couldn't believe, that I, the one who's wanted to be an author since I was 3, never thought of that?! So that's when I decided this was going to be a book. It took me a minute because that was 3 years ago. But here I am, a published author working on their second book. I may not know much in the way of formal schooling about how to write, format, or sell a book of poetry; but I was always more of a hands on learner anyways. And maybe this isn't your typical description; but what it is is, honest and authentic. And that's what my book is.
