The second story is based in a small Spanish town. Simon, a revered warrior with spiritual beliefs, is left behind by his comrades who have gone to battle an approaching army. Awakening just as the enemy soldiers arrive, Simon realizes he has lost his sword and is left with a wooden sword believed to be made from the cross of Jesus. With determination, Simon charges at the invaders, astonishing them with his skill and strength as he defeats their general and elite warriors. Despite facing overwhelming odds, Simon continues to fight, guided by the spirits that surround him. As the battle intensifies, he faces a formidable captain and engages in a fierce duel. With a final blow, Simon emerges victorious, ending the captain's reign of terror. The third and final story is a tale of the return of the Greek legend, Odysseus, who is harnessed to awaken a cyclops army led by a merged spirit of historical figures.
