There are so many Men and Women who are or have experienced instances of isolation, even though they are in relationships and even marriages They find themselves feeling like what they are dealing with must be kept on the hush or they feel like they cannot even tell those who are closest to them, for fear of exposure, if you will, of being seen as weak, or inferior. They have given advice to others who are dealing with the exact same thing as they are, yet the advice they give, they do not take. They find it hard to breathe, hard to keep the facade up, but what can they do, who can they talk to, where do they go from this place that they have found themselves in?
