This book is a lifetime in the making. It is an autobiography of sorts, detailing the author's journey, from being a chronically ill Lyme patient, to a much healthier and happier person, who became a therapist. She now has the great pleasure, of helping to heal patients, like her previous self.
The book details her background history and how she became codependent, overweight, suffered from low self-esteem, had serial toxic relationships and became chronically ill.
After hitting her rock bottom, the author finally committed fully to her recovery (as it was either sink or swim time) and all the various therapies and treatments that she tried, are covered in this book.
The author also explains, how she retrained, in her early 40s, to become a therapist of various modalities, including Hypnotherapy and Energy Healing and how after many unhappy years of searching, she has finally found her soul purpose and her happy ever after.
This is a story about overcoming adversity, to become the best version of yourself possible and hopefully it will act as a beacon of hope and a light at the end of the tunnel, for many chronically ill, overweight, depressed, codependent and unhappy readers.
