In 2050, the world's population, reduced by a third due to global warming, epidemics and political upheavals, forces nations to create a world government. However, on a tormented planet that does not offer enough food, the young World Government tries to resolve itself by establishing experimental research centers. These centers span social, economic, scientific and philosophical fields and work together to find solutions.
In one of these centers we follow researchers who embrace the values of the world constitution: freedom of choice based on loyalty, truth and brotherhood, for the common good. With the crucial help of a symbiotic artificial intelligence, they discover the ability to travel through space-time.
These journeys lead them to encounter beings whose physical communication becomes a guide to global directions. As it moves towards unity of ideas, the World Government must also face a shadowy organization that seeks to stop it.
This second chapter of the "Journey through Space-Time" series fits into the narrative fabric whose conclusion of the epic is found, perhaps, in "From one dimension to another".
