Phoenix (The authors son) loves nothing more than reading or having stories read to him.
One day he asked to have a story that he was in, so whilst playing around with lots of silly stories including his friends and family the story of Phoenix the dinosaur losing his tail kept growing. Phoenix added lots of details and told his daddy where he wanted the story to go. They decided to write it down so as not to forget it and eventually it became this book. This children's picture book is packed with fun and adventure. We follow the story of a young boy who likes to put on his custume to become Phoenix the dinosaur. During the story he loses his tail and whilst looking for it he becomes reminiscent of the things he misses about his tail. Will he find his tail in the end? We shall see.
