In a world where creatures feed off your life force just to corrupt you with their sin of choice, there is one thing that can save the inhabitants left on earth: Hope.

"You must find Hope. Only Hope can save the world from complete corruption." Those words are the only ones that come to me each time I attempt to sleep. Find Hope.

My name is Pandora.

Yes, the stories say my namesake doomed the world when she opened some damn box of troubles a few millennia ago. Unlike the woman in those ancient stories, I am far from a little girl who brought Armageddon on the world.
In fact, if the past year has taught me anything, it looks like I am the only one who can save it.

There you go, irony. Suck on that and swallow.

Oh, and did I mention I have to do it while also keeping the seven deadliest sins at bay.

Wrath, Gluttony, Greed, Envy, Sloth, Pride and Lust... they are just as real as I am.
Each of them walks around here looking almost human, but they crave only one thing:

The ability to spread their venomous evil to the small group of us left still fighting for our humanity. But no matter how many they corrupt, they stay hungry, their sights set on little ole' me.

Well, they can crave all they want.

I may not have opened some metaphorical jar to destroy the world, but I'll be damned if I won't be the one to close those fuckers up for good, bury them beneath the rubble, and save this shit hole I call home.
