Don't Tell.: The *TELL ALL* version

This story is about how I was molested from the age of 6-12 and raped at 13 by the same guy who I thought was trustworthy (my babysitter's husband). It's also about how I got the guts to expose him & tell. It's also about my toxic family and how not everyone with an STD is a hoe but that doesn't change who they are as a person. It's most importantly my story and how I was able to survive and learn how to become stronger as time went on after the incident especially being a kid myself not really knowing any better. Getting your innocence taken from you is a horrible thing to go through ESPECIALLY when no one's emotionally supportive towards you but we must learn how to find the brightness within the darkness.
Note: I'm sorry in advance if this story offends anybody because it is very graphic (but real) and if it triggers anyone's PTSD. Understand that this was not easy to write. The main incident occurred in 2016 and it took me 2 and a half years before I had the strength to tell my story to you all. I hope this story inspires others like me who have been through the same thing as me or worse and encourages them. I want to be able to help as many sexually assaulted victims as I can. We live in a world full of monsters, but we have to find the positivity in our world as well.
