Pudding Recipes: Adding Banana To Your Desserts: Food Recipes

Banana pudding is one of our all-time favorite desserts. It's a classic Southern recipe, and for good reason; luscious layers of pudding, whipped cream, ripe bananas, and wafer cookies are completely impossible to resist.
There is one trick that I learned from all these recipes is to dunk or soak wafers in lemon juice before using them in the pudding layers. This gives a tangy, exquisite flavor that marks a great banana pudding.
