Blair Gilbert was the director of the Main Street Mission, something she found joy and fulfillment. Filling in for a sick aunt cleaning office buildings, she meets Atty. Tony Yates, and the immediate attraction she felt for him had her scared, especially after she vowed never to give her heart to another man, who she felt were all alike, liars, who couldn't be trusted as far as she could throw him. That's why she decided it would do her well to stick to her passion, the mission. After meeting Blair, Tony could feel the wall that protected his heart was slowly beginning to crumble, and they could feel the attraction they felt was turning to love.
