Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be prepared and popped into a jar, just waiting to be eaten. It doesn't get much easier than that. Salads in jars are great because they have a long shelf life, and you want to throw them together when you get home from work, so they are ready for dinner. There is some prep needed, but for this one, there is very little. Cook the bacon, assemble your salad, and store it in the jar in the crisper drawer at your fridge. This is my go-to salad.
