There was a girl who once thought staying silent was the best option with dealing with her traumas. She decided for years that staying silent and hiding her pain was the best route for coping with all she had been through. Only, she was wrong. She grew up. She expanded her mind and thought to herself, it can't be just her that feels this way. So she decided to finally tell her story. The beauty in pain, the beauty in finding herself, the beauty in finding real love after she thought she would never find it after all she had been through. She decided to do the one thing that terrified her and would put her in her most vulnerable state; she decided to publish her writings for the world to read and know her story.

She wanted others to know they are not alone in their struggles. She took her pain and ended its reign. She took her PTSD and put it out for others to see. Her depression? Oh, she hid that, but not anymore. Her upbringing? It wasn't easy, but she got through it. Insecurities? She's working through them. Don't be fooled though, it is still an ongoing journey, but this time, she decided it was better to do it in the light rather than in the dark.
