Thomas Aquinas is a giant among philosophers, yet his philosophy is generally considered to be outdated. While in part this is due to the several centuries separating the culture of his times from ours, another issue modern readers may have is the comprehensiveness of his scope, leaving no field of human knowledge untouched.
