"Sometimes folks have to go through fiery trials before they will humble themselves and repent." Little did Miss Inell know that her words were a prophecy for the church she prayed for.

Grace Chapel had grown more concerned with appearances and traditions than with the unlovely who rummaged in their trash for food. William Brantley III, their young pastor, tried to lead them out of their complacency but concluded that the church was going to die on his watch.

Maggie Harrison, a prostitute, believed her Grandma Lil's promise that God loved her and had a plan for her life was nothing more than a fairy tale.

But God had a plan that blew Maggie onto Grace Chapel's doorstep on Christmas Day. An event neither the church nor Maggie wanted and one that launched a battle.

Would Grace Chapel repent and return to its first love? Would Maggie's heart towards church folks change? Or was it too late for Maggie or Grace Chapel to experience the miracle of God's love?
