Tegan's Diary: Volume One 2007

This book follows the year I turned 16, the good times, the bad times, the weird times and all the times in-between. My main purpose in publishing these diaries is to show other teenage girls, or even boys, that sometimes life sucks, but you will get through it, this is the first book of many, many more to come. They follow me through my life from 16 to now. I've been through a lot, I've seen a lot, at times I didn't think I would ever make it out alive, through depression, anxiety, medical problems, friendships lost and friendships gained, somehow I made it and I'm still here today. If I can help just one person to realise that things always get better, even when they seem they won't, my job is done. This is a very real and raw account of my life with very little censoring besides a few name changes of people who wished to remain anonymous, apart from that it is all as I wrote it at 16. You are not alone, you matter and I love you. Stay strong.
