Dreamland was beginning to blend in with reality,
creating a chaotically braided world filled with dark alleys,
floating red orbs, and sometimes the Shadow Man
- with his top hat always perfectly placed.

July 6th, 1979 Emma Jayne Potter was born into a close-knit community in Castle Rock, Colorado.

A fun and tranquil place for Emma to live until a ghost named Henry heralded in, ever-increasing nightmares from the age of six.

Death strikes as Emma turns thirteen and suddenly, she's moving to a new town, a new school and a new level of fear.

Night Terrors, Sleep Paralysis and a Dark Presence hovering above her while she sleeps.

As she struggles to comprehend loss, life changes and growing up, the questions at the forefront of her mind... Am I awake? Is this life? What is reality?
