I am sure most of you have heard of the Freshman 15 whether you have attended college or not. However, nothing compares to the Teacher 30! Teaching is one of the toughest jobs in the world. The daily work load, unruly children, and demands can overwhelmed a teacher fast. Stress and the lack of energy can quickly consume and destroy your body. While this memoir is filled with some disappoints and some laughs, you will see success in the end as I share my struggle with weight gain as a teacher.
