Dubious Heroes

Orel Doon works for a large shipping conglomerate based on Luna, where he's lived his entire life. Suffering from a terminal case of boredom, he heads out to Saturn, and picks up his best friend from a mining operation on Io. Together, they borrow a company starship, and set out to see and experience the galaxy.

With little (if any) experience, they must learn as they go, collecting new friends and enemies along the way, all while engaging in a little light piracy and smuggling. All is well, until they inadvertently trigger and revolution.

Dubious Heroes is epic hard science-fiction, space opera, and an often humorouis, irreverent look at who we are, versus who we want to be.
