Baby boomers are the demographic cohort following the Silent Generation and preceding Generation X. The generation is generally defined as people born from 1946 to 1964, during the post-World War II baby boom.
Stress can upset you in many ways that may shock you. And the older you become, the more problematic stress can be on your mind and body. You must learn what stress does to you and how you can cope with it better. This book is a target for baby boomers, those born between the years 1946 - 1964. This group is now in the 50+ group.
