Encouraging hopeful words and scripture for all women all over the world who are going through something. Depression, anxiety, fear, anger, guilt, pain and everyday challenges that keep us stuck in that place of hopelessness in a chaotic world. Freedom can be found in Jesus Christ and I am a living testimony to that! Tired of just crawling out of the ditch, only to get pulled back in or we see no hope or changes happening so we literally jump back in because it is easier and it is more comfortable than upheavalling our whole life. Healing doesn't have to be extremely challenging and painful but sometimes it is if we want lasting complete healing. These 31 days with me are real, raw, deep and funny and I believe life changing. So, when I say grab a coffee and just sit and read each day with me and let the scriptures and some of my most personal testimony sink down deep...it can truly be that simple to start. Encouraging words and kindness, and knowing someone else has been through it, can have a beautiful strengthening effect on us.
