The Willow's Clown Man

Something is up in fourteen year old, Garland Swanson's usually quiet farmstead. The fair is in town and that creates quite a stir. A strange looking clown driving a speeding ice cream truck? That is very unusual, but it is not the only thing creating a whirlwind of excitement in the neighborhood these days.
